TEN WAYS TO START AN AT-HOME WORKOUT ROUTINE TODAY
By committing yourself to engaging in regular physical activity, you are setting yourself up for overall improved physical and mental health.
Amanda LaPlante MA, INHC, battled multiple autoimmune diseases for two decades. By 2013, at age 33, she was seeing six specialists and a primary care physician every month, with more than a dozen active prescriptions at the pharmacy. Words like “permanent disability” were being mentioned to her by doctors. Then, on Mother’s Day weekend of 2014, her then 7-year-old son wrote her a card saying she was good at sleeping! In that pivotal moment, Amanda became obsessed with finding real answers and restoring her health, rather than just medicating her symptoms.
